I am a certified SST (Social Skills Training) trainer, a coach and a personal and relational counsellor.
I work with adults and children (over the age of 7). I provide individual, couple sessions and group workshops (for adults or children within various age groups).
Recently, I have been specialising in supporting social skills development, including emotional intelligence, non-violent communication (NVC) and aggression replacement (ART). Working with adults and adolescents, I help also in fields such as: productivity (including time management, motivation, habit implementation) and relationships (including attractiveness, self-confidence, self-esteem, coping with painful break-up).
At my work, I focus on the client’s goals and I adjust my professional knowledge and practical tools flexibly to the needs of a specific client. I base my practice on the major psychotherapeutic approaches, especially cognitive-behavioural approach, as well various developmental approaches, including Jim Rohn’s philosophy, neurolinguistic programming (NLP) and mindfulness techniques.
For nine years, I have been supporting my clients in achieving their goals and in development in a broad sense, based on numerous systemic trainings and additional courses that I have completed. I continuously develop my professional knowledge and skills: currently I attend psychology master degree course and participate in trainings and conferences in the field of psychotherapy of couples and families. I also utilise the knowledge acquired during my philosophy studies. I work under supervision.
During my sessions with clients, I take care to build a partner and relaxed relation, because I believe that good contact and trust are crucial for an effective support process.
I am a fan of sushi, good SF movies, Blizzard games and calisthenics.
