REGULAR SESSIONS IN THE OFFICE
In the case of regular sessions in the office, you can pay on the spot by card or in cash.
INITIAL & ALL ONLINE SESSIONS
For first-time sessions, initial sessions (so-called consulting sessions) and all online sessions, we expect payment in advance.
If you make a reservation via our website, after selecting the therapist and the date of the appointment the system will automatically redirect you to the payment page.
If you arrange an initial consultation or an online meeting with a specialist by phone or e-mail, you will receive a dedicated payment link for the session by e-mail along with the booking confirmation.
Online payments are handled by the Przelewy24 system. Possible payment methods include bank transfer, payment card, credit card, BLIK, GooglePay. Payments for sessions paid for, but canceled 48 hours in advance, are refunded (details can be found in the Regulations). If you need a refund, please inform us as soon as possible – this will streamline our operations.
If you need us to issue an invoice for our services, let us know as soon as possible – at the latest at the time of payment for the session and printing the receipt for it – and provide the data that should be included in the invoice. In the case of an invoice for a private person, we need your name and address. In the case of an invoice for a company, we need the full company name, address and tax identification number. Due to applicable law, we are not able to issue invoices retroactively.
