I am a psychologist and a psychotherapist. I can provide therapy in Polish and English.
I work with adults, children and adolescents. I also provide couples therapy.
I offer support to people struggling with various personal issues, people in crisis situations or facing issues in relationships.

I work within the Gestalt therapeutical approach. It is a method of psychotherapy relating to experiencing here and now, mindfulness of body signals as well as emotions and thoughts emerging in a given moment. Therapeutic work allows to get to the unspoken and often unconscious emotions that prohibit a balanced existence in the world.
Within the Gestalt approach, work with emotional and relational issues is performed by expanding the awareness of self and learning to set boundaries in relationships with other people in a place adequate for a given person. This allows experiencing in an authentic way, in harmony with our real self.
One of the key elements of the therapy is a live and emphatic contact between me and the other person. I see my work as supporting other people in their development, in reaching to their inner self and their needs, thoughts and feelings. I help discover and express their undiscovered potential, reconnect with their authentic self and potential in the outside world.
I see difficulties not only as problems. They also convey important information about ourselves and our needs. When we focus on them, we can get to a deeper understanding of ourselves and then overstep the issues that block our growth.
I have graduated from the Psychology Faculty at the University of Warsaw. Within the academic course, I have completed therapeutical internship in the Academic Psychotherapy Centre (Akademicki Ośrodek Psychoterapii) and the Psychiatric Hospital at Nowowiejska Str. in Warsaw. Currently, I am in a 4-year psychotherapeutic training within the Gestalt approach. I have gained most of my psychotherapeutic experience in Norway, where I practised as a clinical psychologist and a therapist for adults and children.
In my private life, I practise yoga and meditation, I love cinema and travelling.
