Counselling, development, coaching
Coaching is a method of supporting development and achieving defined goals, both by people and organisations. Individual coaching sessions may cover both private and professional life.
Developmental programs and trainings are designed for people who want to develop in a desired direction. We offer individual consultations and developmental programs, including developmental work with couples and group trainings conducted by highly qualified trainers.

Main areas in which we support our clients:
productivity (including time management, motivation, implementing new habits)
relationships (including attractiveness, self-confidence and self-esteem, interpersonal communication or coping with painful splitting up)
nutrition psychology (including working with emotions and self-beliefs, change of habits, seeking deeper causes of problems, regaining control)
relaxation techniques and stress management
assertiveness (setting boundaries, assertive communicating of requests and expectations, refusing, giving and receiving feedback, defining personal issues)
discovering one’s own potential, development and using available resources, building subjectivity and identity
We advise and educate on:
developing parental skills, managing behaviour issues, development processes of children, adolescents and of family
conflict solving, managing crises, building and rebuilding good relationships within a family
nutrition and diets, also with specific nutrition needs, building and maintaining motivation for habit changing
mental health and disorders, communications, relationships, domestic violence
Workshops are a group form of educational and developmental work, supporting effectively development of psychosocial skills. Workshops use processes occurring within a group for achieving didactic goals, stimulating development on three levels of functioning:
cognitive – related to knowledge and thinking
affective – related to emotions and attitudes
behavioural – related to practicing specific behaviours
Workshops may support development of desired skills and behaviours, social (within a group), interpersonal (in relation to another person) and intrapsychological (personal). Additionally, participating in a workshop provides an opportunity for personal and interpersonal development as a result of encouraging to experimenting and getting to know oneself better.
