I am a certified psychotherapist. I work with adults, providing individual psychotherapy, also in English.
I support people suffering from:
- anxiety, panic attacks
- depression
- psychosomatic disorders
- constant worrying, concern, tension
- difficult emotions (eg. shame, anger, guilt)
- loss of a close person
- breaking up
- eating disorders
- insomnia

I work within an integrational approach, which sees the current psychological mechanisms, strengthened by past experiences, as problem drivers. In my work, I use mainly cognitive-behavioural techniques. I also use psychodynamic and Gestalt approaches. I especially appreciate the works of Viktor Frankl, the founder of logotherapy. Frankl believed that “When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves”. In my work, I value most respect, empathy, mindfulness and faith in people and their positive nature. I work under regular supervision.
I have completed 4-year psychotherapeutic training at the Professional School of Psychotherapy at the Institute of Health Psychology recommended by the Polish Psychological Association and the Polish Psychiatric Association.
I have gained my professional experience at, among others, National Counselling Hotline for Adults in Emotional Crisis 116 123 and at the Cancer Center in Warsaw (within the framework of “Dobrze że jesteś” Foundation).
I have completed numerous trainings, including:
- crisis intervention training, Institute of Health Psychology
- ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) training, Institute of Health Psychology
